Job Title: ERP Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics) Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead end-to-end ERP implementations and optimize business processes. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver ERP projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Implementation Oversight: Manage the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, CRM, etc.).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions, ensuring proper documentation.
- Testing & Deployment: Oversee testing (SIT, UAT) and develop go-live strategies, including training and post-implementation support.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify improvements, and manage upgrades in line with Microsoft's roadmap.
- Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project continuity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , Business Administration , or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of ERP project management experience, with 3+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-site ERP implementations in industries such as retail, manufacturing, or services.
- Proficient in Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, etc.) and integrations with third-party systems.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), data migration (ETL), and Azure infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and ERP security configurations.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, or MB-800).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
