Job Responsibilities: 1.Technical Strategy Planning and Leadership:

  • Develop technology development strategies and plans related to the digital intelligence industry, aligned with the group's business development goals and market trends. Clearly define research directions and key projects to ensure technical routes align with company strategy. For example, identify areas for investment and research focus in artificial intelligence, big data, and system development to support the expansion of the group's digital intelligence business.
  • Lead and manage the technical team, organizing the team to carry out technology research and development, project implementation, and technical innovation to ensure efficient team operations and project advancement.
2.Project Management and Technical Innovation:
  • Oversee major technical projects from initiation, planning, execution to acceptance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within quality and quantity standards, and achieve expected technical objectives and business value. For example, lead the technical research and implementation of digital oilfield projects, ensuring the technical feasibility and commercial value of the project.
  • Stay abreast of industry technology trends and developments, actively introduce new technologies, methods, and ideas, and promote technological innovation and optimization to enhance the group's technological competitiveness and innovation capabilities.
3.Technical Standards and Quality Control:
  • Develop and improve technical standards and specifications to ensure that the technology research and project implementation processes comply with relevant standards and requirements, guaranteeing the quality and reliability of technical outcomes.
  • Establish a technical quality monitoring system to evaluate and monitor the quality of technical projects and products, promptly identifying and addressing quality issues to ensure the quality of technical services and products.
4.Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations departments to understand business needs and market feedback, providing technical support and solutions to business departments, promoting the deep integration of technology and business.
  • Engage in technical communication and collaboration with external partners, suppliers, and clients to establish good cooperative relationships and expand technical collaboration channels and resources.
5.Language Communication and Team Building:
  • Possess strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Arabic, enabling effective communication and exchange with team members, partners, and clients from diverse language backgrounds, ensuring accurate transmission and understanding of technical information.
  • Responsible for talent cultivation and team building within the technical team, developing training programs and incentive mechanisms to attract and retain outstanding technical talent, enhancing the overall technical level and innovation capability of the team.
Qualifications: 1.Educational Background and Professional Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields, with a solid foundation of professional knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Proficient in relevant technology fields related to the digital intelligence industry, such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, system development, and IT operations, with extensive practical experience and professional skills.
2.Management Experience and Capabilities:
  • Over 5 years of experience managing technical teams, with strong leadership and project management abilities, capable of effectively organizing and managing technical teams to facilitate project implementation.
  • Possess strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities to formulate reasonable technology development strategies and plans based on company development strategies and market demands, making sound technical decisions.
3.Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Arabic with the ability to effectively communicate, write documentation, and present projects in all three languages.
4.Innovation and Learning Abilities:
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of innovation and creativity, continuously exploring and applying new technologies and methods to drive the group's technological innovation and development. Possess a good ability to learn and a strong awareness of self-improvement, quickly grasping new technological knowledge and skills to adapt to the rapid development and changes in the digital intelligence industry.
5.Communication Skills and Team Spirit:
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, capable of effective communication and collaboration with personnel from different departments and backgrounds, jointly promoting the development of the group. Possess strong resilience and adaptability to remain calm and proactive in addressing complex technical issues and project challenges, ensuring smooth project execution.
