Job description Relevant experience in sales in the digital marketing industry is a must. Job Location: Dubai Job Type: Work from home We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the digital marketing space. You'll target small businesses, e-commerce brands, and large enterprises, driving growth and delivering value through our digital marketing services.

Responsibilities

  1. Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and build a pipeline of business opportunities.
  2. Client Strategies: Develop tailored approaches to meet clients' marketing needs and business objectives.
  3. Sales and Presentations: Present and sell digital marketing solutions, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers for retention and growth.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance service positioning.
  6. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and campaign success.
  7. Performance Goals: Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through effective deal closures.
  8. Brand Representation: Attend industry events, webinars, and networking functions to promote the company.
  9. Reporting: Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements

  1. At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within digital marketing.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  3. Understanding of digital marketing services and their impact on business growth.
  4. Proven experience in lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals.
  5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
