We are seeking a talented and experienced Household Personal Chef. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both international cuisines and Arabic cuisine, with a passion for creating delicious and healthy meals tailored to the preferences. Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, based on household preferences.
- Create menus that incorporate a variety of international and Arabic dishes.
- Source high-quality ingredients and manage grocery shopping.
- Ensure food is prepared in a healthy and hygienic manner.
- Accommodate special dietary needs and preferences, including allergies and intolerances.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including all cooking utensils and appliances.
- Prepare meals for special occasions and events hosted by the household.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and fresh.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and recipes into meal planning.
- Proven experience as a Personal Chef or similar role.
- Expertise in both international and Arabic cuisines.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and healthy cooking practices.
