Job details
Responsibilities:
- Supports Project Management in achieving Environmental goals and KPls as set for the project
- Can support the staff of more than one project with his knowledge of projects environmental aspects / impacts.
- Monitor and ensure subcontractors implementation of HSEMS.
- Implement and monitor performance of Environment Management System requirements
- Conduct Environment Aspect / Impact assessment for activities.
- Conduct Environmental awareness / training sessions.
- Reports to Environmental Superintendent on all project Environmental issues.
- Supports Environmental Engineer and Project Manager in adherence to Environment Management Plans
- Performs incident and accident investigations and report findings back to Environmental Superintendent
- Assists and performs internal management system audits to monitor compliance with the company EMS
- Reporting the performance details of the Implemented HSEMS to the top management at periodic intervals and during the Management Review meetings.
- Diploma in a related field, or equivalent
- Holder of NEBOSH / IOSH Diploma or an equivalent internationally recognized HSE certification is preferable
- Minimum 03 years of related work experience in similar industries
- Flexible in terms of work location (onshore or offshore)
