Directly responsible for the Field Service Job Execution of the following products:

  • Pure Ballast System
  • Marine Separators
  • Fresh Water Generators
  • Plate Heat Exchangers
Quality of Service report, updating reports and settings in CRM tool, timely update of timesheets, customer satisfaction survey report.

Indirectly responsible for the overall Regional Service & Marine objectives and growth targets.

Key Tasks:
  • Undertaking servicing of equipment as per customer satisfaction and on time.
  • Meeting Field Service KPI’s aligned with customers’ requirements.
  • Exploring business development in every possible opportunity.
  • Supporting warranty claim handling.
  • Exploring opportunities for new performance agreements/service contracts.
  • Acquiring up-to-date technical knowledge about products and applications.
  • Capturing and updating installed base.
Safety:
  • Ensuring the use of adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during every service visit.
  • Adhering to safety instructions/policy diligently.
  • Reporting safety issues and ensuring safe working conditions.
Market Intelligence, Customer Insight, Customer Satisfaction:
  • Resolving customer complaints at the shortest possible time.
  • Proactive recommendation to customers for timely purchase of spares.
  • Following up on actions and promises made to customers.
  • Communicating product-related change notifications.
  • Training customers on installed products.
  • Receiving/gathering customers’ insight and feedback and communicating/acting on the same.
  • Communicating sales leads to the sales organization.
