Job details
One of our reputed financial services clients is looking to hire a full-time Administrative Officer for their office in Dubai. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage business travel arrangements and handle related expenses.
- Oversee vendor management, including handling supplies and reviewing invoices.
- Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and direct calls accordingly.
- Take and accurately relay messages.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate destinations.
- Address inquiries from the public and customers.
- Monitor visitor access and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Manage inventory for the reception area and pantry.
- Keep the reception area tidy and ensure the pantry is organized and clean.
- Supervise the daily activities of drivers and office staff.
- Bachelor's degree or post-graduate qualification.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Vendor management experience.
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional personal presentation.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Arabic-speaking female candidates preferred.
