Job Description: Civil Engineer – Fresher Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineer – Fresher to join our engineering team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of civil engineering by assisting senior engineers with the design, development, and implementation of construction projects. You will be involved in various phases of projects, from planning to execution, and will develop valuable skills in project management, design, and construction site management. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your civil engineering career and learn from experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with Design and Planning:

Assist senior civil engineers with the design and planning of construction projects, including drafting and preparing preliminary designs, technical drawings, and specifications.
Help with site planning, ensuring that designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while complying with all regulations.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines for construction activities.

Construction Site Support:

Provide on-site support by monitoring construction progress, ensuring that it aligns with plans, schedules, and safety standards.
Assist in conducting site surveys and inspections, collecting data, and recording findings related to soil conditions, materials, and infrastructure.
Support site managers in ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.

Quality Control and Compliance:

Assist in ensuring that construction activities meet local codes and regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Help monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
Assist in reviewing and documenting compliance with all relevant industry standards during the project lifecycle.

Documentation and Reporting:

Help prepare reports and documentation, including project updates, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
Maintain and organize engineering files, project drawings, and other technical documentation to ensure easy access and compliance with company standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with other engineers, project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that construction projects progress smoothly.
Participate in team meetings, providing input on project status, timelines, and issues requiring attention.
Communicate with various departments, including procurement and construction teams, to facilitate project execution.

Learning and Development:

Take part in training sessions and learning opportunities to enhance your technical skills and knowledge of civil engineering principles.
Work on gaining proficiency with design software and engineering tools commonly used in civil engineering projects, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and others.

Qualifications and Skills: Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Any additional coursework, internships, or projects related to construction or structural design is an advantage.

Experience:

No prior professional experience required. This is an entry-level position, ideal for fresh graduates or those with limited practical experience in civil engineering.
Any relevant internships, projects, or training during academic studies will be beneficial.

Skills:

Strong interest in civil engineering with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Familiarity with basic engineering concepts, construction materials, and project processes.
Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.

Certifications (Preferred):

Certifications in software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D are an advantage.
Familiarity with industry safety certifications is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Education:

Diploma (Preferred)

Civil engineer: 1 year (Preferred)
