AROMA 24/7, a leader in scent marketing and luxury ambient scenting, is looking for a highly organised and experienced Purchase & Logistics Manager . This role involves overseeing the procurement, inventory, and logistics processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. If you have a proven track record in supply chain management and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: 1. Procurement:

  1. Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best pricing and terms.
  2. Analyse market trends to forecast procurement needs and minimise costs.
  3. Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with company standards.
  4. Develop and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
2. Logistics & Supply Chain:
  1. Oversee the movement of goods from suppliers to the company and to clients, ensuring timely deliveries.
  2. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs for seamless import/export operations.
  3. Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  4. Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and documentation requirements.
3. Operations Management:
  1. Plan and manage budgets related to logistics and procurement activities.
  2. Optimise the supply chain process to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Conduct risk assessments to address potential issues in procurement and logistics.
4. Team Coordination & Reporting:
  1. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance to align procurement and logistics strategies with company goals.
  2. Prepare and present reports on purchasing, inventory, and logistics performance.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years in a procurement, logistics, or supply chain role.
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills:
  1. Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  2. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  3. Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software.
  4. Knowledge: Understanding of UAE customs regulations and supply chain operations.
  5. Additional: UAE experience and knowledge of the scent or FMCG industry is an advantage.
