Micah Solutions FZE is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Engineer specialized in Switchgear to join our esteemed Client involved in the LV Switchgear OEM market. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling switchgear solutions to a diverse range of clients across various industries. Your technical expertise and ability to understand customer needs will be essential in providing tailored solutions that meet demanding requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads and develop existing customer relationships within the switchgear sector
- Conduct in-depth needs analyses to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate switchgear solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring profitable margins
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to customize switchgear products based on client specifications
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide clients with relevant insights
- Attend trade shows and industry events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales role within the electrical or switchgear industry
- Strong technical understanding of switchgear products and electrical systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Self-motivated with a strong emphasis on goal achievement
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events
- Valid UAE driving license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations related to switchgear
