Job Title: Business Development Manager Wealth Management Location: Dubai Salary: AED 180,000 per year. About the Role Are you an ambitious and driven Business Development professional with a passion for wealth management Do you have a proven track record of success and a talent for building strong client relationships If so, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you! We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join a growing company in the Financial Advisory Aggregation and Consolidation sector. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our network of financial advisors and driving revenue growth through your expertise and initiative. Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within Dubai's wealth management sector.
Build strong relationships with financial advisors, understanding their needs and communicating the value of our services effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide ongoing support to new clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth strategy.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills and Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, ideally within wealth management.
Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and services for high-net-worth individuals and a strong understanding of the financial advisory landscape.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised.
A valid UAE work visa or the ability to obtain one.
