Position Overview GEO Global Engineering Office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and execution of large-scale projects in Dubai and beyond. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, creative vision, and leadership to deliver innovative, sustainable, and world-class architectural solutions. The Senior Architect will play a key role in the development and in the planning of major projects throughout the region. Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion for high-profile projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, planners, and project managers, to deliver integrated design solutions.
Design and Innovation: Develop and present innovative architectural concepts and strategies for urban, industrial, and commercial projects. Ensure designs incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient principles, adhering to Dubai's Green Building regulations and international standards.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and ensure the quality and accuracy of all architectural drawings, specifications, and deliverables. Oversee the integration of architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting design concepts, progress updates, and project milestones. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and convincing abilities to align project goals and expectations. Effectively negotiate and address concerns, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and permits.
Team Management: Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
Proven experience working in Dubai or the GCC region, with knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other BIM tools.
Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and green building certifications (e.g., LEED, Estidama).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Residential Buildings, high-rise and Iconic Projects design.
Familiarity with Major Developers and other UAE-based Real Estate initiatives.
Superior communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English (spoken and written) essential for client interactions, reporting, and collaboration.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and defend ideas convincingly to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
