The Role Position Title: Senior Accountant - GL & Reporting Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus other benefits Benefits: Airline ticket, Education Allowance and Medical Insurance as per Group Medical Policy Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A government organization in Dubai.

Job Description:

  1. Prepare financial reports, consolidated statements, and management reports while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting audits.
  2. Manage general ledger transactions, financial period closures, account reconciliations, and alignment of bank statements with organizational records.
  3. Identify improvement opportunities, maintain financial systems, and support special financial projects to enhance process efficiency and achieve objectives.
  4. Contribute to recruitment, training, and performance evaluations while ensuring adherence to policies, closing audit findings, and safeguarding information assets.

Requirements:

  • Open for UAE Nationals - 40 years old and below
  • More than 2 years of experience in General Ledger Accounts
  • Experience in local and international standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • Preferably with Professional accounting certifications – CPA, CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
