Minimum RequirementsUniversity Degree in IT or equivalentExperience in working with Banking industryTotal experience of 15+ years5-6 years of experience of working as an enterprise architectExperience in managing a team size of 1-3 peopleSkillsExperience in architecture change managementCertifications in TOGAF and Cloud SA (AWS, Azure) are preferredKnowledge in enterprise architecture tools, and best practices to drive transformationShould have good knowledge in Microservices, SOA and Enterprise Security ArchitectureShould have experience in technical architecture assessment and technology program managementShould have effective communication skillsStrong thought and people leadership skills with a service delivery and entrepreneurial mindsetStrong decision-making skills with an overall view of ADIS's business requirementsModelling and analytical skillsProblem-solving, consensus building, solution realization across various stakeholders
