THE ROLE This role encapsulates a mix of Integrated Marketing and Project Management responsibilities. The key responsibility of this role is to support the Content Strategist and Project Manager along with the VP of Content Partnerships MENAT & Mediterranean. The Campaign Executive will be assisting in the pre-sales process through delivering quality integrated marketing solutions proposals and assisting in the delivery phase of branded content projects across clients in the MENAT & Mediterranean region. Responsibilities Strategy and Planning
- Supporting the Content Strategist by providing integral research and liaising with key internal teams such as Sales, Media Planning, Insights, Creative Studio (StoryWorks), Editorial, Product and AdOps, on proposals to develop integrated marketing campaigns for our clients in accordance with their briefs.
- Work closely with the Audience Insight team to ensure that suitably rich and strong insights relevant to the region are always up to date to aid proposal development.
- Review collective campaign performance with Sales and Media Planning teams to ensure the output is delivering against the objectives of the commercial team.
- Sourcing and sharing status updates on campaign production.
- Assisting with creating campaign presentations for client meetings e.g. kick off call, campaign progress updates or end of campaign report.
- Assisting with managing the delivery of campaigns, liaising with clients when required.
- Assisting with bespoke web pages including sourcing research, producing design briefs, completing asset docs and testing pages.
- Support with monitoring campaign performance and discussing optimisation strategies with the team.
- Financial responsibilities including raising POs and financial reconciling.
- Supporting with research studies.
- Significant administrative experience in sales and production support, preferably within a media environment.
- An understanding of the MENAT & Mediterranean television, production or media markets with a proven working knowledge of the territories.
- Able to work collaboratively with experience of dealing with complex administrative tasks.
- Video editing skills e.g. Photoshop or Adobe Suite.
- Interest in entertainment programming and production processes.
- A degree of negotiation experience.
- Ability to cope well under pressure in a busy sales environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
