The Field Service Engineer is part of the Service Team and reports to the Service Team Leader. Main Accountabilities:

Performing service tasks as supervision to erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of water treatment packages at field;
Coordinating effectively with Service Team (based in Italy) for monitoring of site activities, follow up of technical issues, delivery of materials at site;
Identifying technical issues, performing troubleshooting and providing recommendations to improve field activities / package operation / customer service;
Providing timely report to Unidro Service team and to Client representative at site;
Maintaining good relationships with site personnel of Contractors and End Users;
Ensuring timely response / assistance to meet Client's requirements and expectations;
Providing technical instructions / training to Client's personnel at field;
Applying safety rules and safe practices as per Unidro HSE policies and Client's instructions.

Knowledge & Qualification:

University Degree in Engineering or Technical High School Diploma;
Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in service, maintenance, commissioning of water treatment plants;
Good mechanical attitude.

Experience:

5+ years of experience as Field Service Engineer for water treatment plants;
Knowledge and experience in the Oil & gas / industrial sector / EPC projects is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

Fluent in English and Italian (knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus);
Ability to travel abroad without geographical restrictions, including off-shore installations;
Attention to details, excellent communications skills;
Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
