Job details

Proper Planning & Implementing the resources for the Project
Coordinating with Client, Consultants, Sub Contractors & Authorities
Preparation of Internal schedules for projects and implementation
Maintain the MIS and present to the Management.
Organize & attend the Progress Review Meetings
Obtaining the necessary approvals from Authorities.

REQUIREMENTS

G+12 approved Engineer
Minimum 7-10 years of UAE Experience in Construction Industry.
UAE Driving License.
Should be available to join immediately.
Ability to lead a team by being good and effective communicator.
Excellence in planning how each process should be done, how resources are to be acquired, and when the project should be completed.
Flexible team player.
