Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee our fleet of luxury vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our transportation services, managing vehicle maintenance, and upholding our high service standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles are in pristine condition.
- Monitor compliance with UAE regulations, including licensing, insurance, and safety standards.
- Manage driver schedules and coordinate with the team to ensure timely service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to maintain luxury and safety standards.
- Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to meet client expectations.
- Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle procurement and vendor relationships for fleet-related needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fleet management or operations, preferably in the transportation or hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE transportation regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
