Job details
Our client is a Multinational Engineering and Aerospace company who are looking for a Personal Assistant to report directly to their Vice President. They are world renowned for an excellent working environment. The role will be a general PA role to a senior executive and will include (but not limited to):
- Diary management.
- Co-ordination of meetings and overseas travel arrangements.
- General administrative tasks and activities as required including correspondence and photocopying.
- Providing assistance to other team members in order to achieve tasks as necessary including holiday cover.
