Our client is a Multinational Engineering and Aerospace company who are looking for a Personal Assistant to report directly to their Vice President. They are world renowned for an excellent working environment. The role will be a general PA role to a senior executive and will include (but not limited to):

Diary management.
Co-ordination of meetings and overseas travel arrangements.
General administrative tasks and activities as required including correspondence and photocopying.
Providing assistance to other team members in order to achieve tasks as necessary including holiday cover.
