We are recruiting a Sales Executive Freight Forward for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.

Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive shipping and logistics solutions strategically based in Dubai, a global trade hub. They specialize in offering end-to-end services tailored to meet the dynamic needs of businesses, ensuring seamless and efficient transportation and supply chain management. Their expertise and commitment to excellence make them a trusted partner in the logistics industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Secure new contracts with importers, exporters, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Prepare and finalize service agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
- MBA Marketing / PGDip Business Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of UAE (Dubai) proven experience in freight forwarding sales.
- Strong knowledge of freight services including air, sea, and road transport.
- Established network of industry contacts and clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
