Bell Service Agent at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa

Hotel: Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa (RKTHA), Al Rafaa, Mina Al Arab We want to make our guests’ experiences truly memorable from the very first moment they set foot in one of our hotels. To set the right tone, we’re looking for a Bell Service Agent capable of leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction. As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:
  1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  2. Assist guests with their luggage
  3. Provide information about the hotel's facilities and services
  4. Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features
  5. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  6. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  7. Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
  8. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls
Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent education
  2. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  5. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
  6. Professional appearance and demeanor
  7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
  8. Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
  9. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
