Collaborate with event organizers to understand their requirements and objectives. Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of events and exhibitions, including setup, breakdown, and scheduling. Arrange for necessary permits, licenses, and insurance. Coordinate with management, internal teams, such as facilities, security, and technical support, to ensure smooth event operations. Manage event budgets and resources effectively. Vendor and Exhibitor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for exhibitors, vendors, and subcontractors. Assist exhibitors in their setup, ensuring proper placement and adherence to event guidelines. Coordinate with vendors for services like catering, audiovisual equipment, and signage. Address exhibitor and vendor inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Job Type: Full-time Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred). * Dubai Driving licence Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events or exhibitions industry. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to build and maintain client relationships. * Proficiency in using sales tools. * Negotiation and problem-solving skills. * Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
