Responsibilities:
- Maintain a smooth bar operation on a daily basis
- Ensure every guest receives high quality service
- Coach and maximise the performance of the team
- Interact with customers and improve bar operation and service based on feedback received
- Provide support on urgent issues
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English
- Is willing to work shifts
- Must have experience working in either a luxury cigar bar & lounge or a 5* hotel environment
- Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
- Enjoys being creative with an eye for detail
- Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
- Is able to engage with restaurant and bar guests
- Is a self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues
