Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 05/17/2024 ** THIS ROLE IS OPEN ONLY FOR UAE NATIONAL ** We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies. • Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and provide clear direction to team members. • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment to achieve project goals. • Estimate project costs and create budget plans. • Allocate resources efficiently and track expenditures to ensure adherence to the budget. • Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies. • Monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle. • Maintain open and transparent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, executives, and team members. • Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations. • Monitor project scope and manage changes using established change control processes. • Ensure that project objectives remain aligned with stakeholder expectations. • Establish and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards. • Conduct regular reviews and testing to verify project outcomes. • Coordinate and oversee the execution of project tasks according to the project plan. • Monitor progress, track milestones, and address any deviations from the plan. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, design documents, meeting minutes, and change logs. • Generate comprehensive project status reports and performance metrics. • Analyze project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects. • Stay updated on IT trends, emerging technologies, and project management best practices.

Requirements

Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification is often preferred. • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. • Proficiency in risk management, scope management, and resource allocation. • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and technology trends. • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr
