DNA Recruit is working with a leading Brand Experience Agency that is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to take charge of its creative experience and technology agency. This role sits at the dynamic intersection of culture, entertainment, and innovation, offering the chance to spearhead groundbreaking campaigns for globally iconic brands. About the Role: As the Managing Director , you will drive the agency’s operational excellence, profitability, and creative brilliance. Acting as a figurehead, you will champion strategic growth, client relationships, and cultural leadership while positioning the agency as a trailblazer in experiential marketing. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision & Industry Leadership : Craft and implement a growth-focused strategic plan, elevate the agency's creative reputation, and represent the company at key industry events.
Commercial & Operational Excellence : Achieve ambitious financial goals, identify business opportunities, and scale operations to drive sustained growth.
Client Partnerships & Innovation : Ensure delivery of impactful campaigns, advise key clients, and lead high-stakes pitches to secure premium accounts.
Team Leadership & Development : Build a high-performing, inclusive culture by mentoring talent, aligning teams, and fostering collaboration.
Project Execution & Brand Reputation : Oversee seamless project delivery, manage budgets with precision, and amplify the agency’s visibility through thought leadership and award-winning work.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record of exceeding revenue and profit targets.
