With over 1000 happy and satisfied clients, TBS believes that there is no better way of marketing than digital. The Role Key Accountabilities

Develops and executes sales strategies which result in exceeding revenue targets.
Building database of prospects, establishing contact with them, generating interest.
Works with Account Managers, Client Servicing Team and clients developing result-driven marketing solutions across multiple platforms.
Work closely with account managers to prepare sales pitches.
Attends sales calls/meetings with Account Executives to develop new accounts and maximize existing accounts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to generate leads.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
Create and deliver presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Ideal Profile Meet Or Exceed Quarterly And Annual Sales Goals Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, or completed a digital marketing course.
Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
At least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
Adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
Highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
Strong networker & relationship builder.
Willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
