Job details
- Provide consultancy on all aspects of ionizing radiation protection pertinent to company operations.
- Monitor compliance in the use of radiation sources and operations involving Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORM).
- Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance radiation protection.
- Review, approve, and monitor radiation protection procedures, encompassing both man-made and natural radiation sources.
- Conduct awareness and training sessions on radiation protection issues.
- Develop methods and procedures for NORM waste operations.
- Establish standards, procedures, and guidelines for man-made radiation sources and NORM operations.
- Engage in applied research for NORM handling and disposal.
- Assess potential risks related to workers' exposure and disposal of NORM waste.
- Train and develop radiation protection professionals within the company.
