Grow Your Career: We provide a clear growth path for our BDRs to progress into roles such as Customer Success, Account Executive, and Leadership after mastering the Business Development role. Most of these positions at Easygenerator are occupied by former BDRs
International Environment: Join a dynamic, international team (40+ nationalities) in a fast-growing scale-up where you can make an immediate impact
Training & Onboarding : A 3-week onboarding program covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry insights. You will also receive rigorous ongoing training after the onboarding to set you up for success
Hybrid working policy

What you will be doing?

Identify and engage with key decision-makers to determine fit, need, project budgets, and timelines
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications (LinkedIn, email, telephone) designed to increase customer interest in Easygenerator’s products
Find opportunities to generate new business and fuel our growth
Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory

What you will bring:

A bachelor’s degree or higher
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Excellent command of the English and German language, both spoken and written
You can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation
You take initiative, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
High energy and positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
