* Relocation to Dubai * Step into an exciting role with an innovative e-learning software company in the EdTech space as a Business Development Representative - German Speaking. Easygenerator is a Dutch powerhouse revolutionizing e-learning with our award-winning tool. Most of these positions at Easygenerator are occupied by former BDRs
- International Environment: Join a dynamic, international team (40+ nationalities) in a fast-growing scale-up where you can make an immediate impact
- Training & Onboarding : A 3-week onboarding program covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry insights. You will also receive rigorous ongoing training after the onboarding to set you up for success
- Hybrid working policy
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers to determine fit, need, project budgets, and timelines
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications (LinkedIn, email, telephone) designed to increase customer interest in Easygenerator’s products
- Find opportunities to generate new business and fuel our growth
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent command of the English and German language, both spoken and written
- You can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation
- You take initiative, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- High energy and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
