Chief Financial Officer Dubai UAE Role Summary : The role will encompass a wide range of financial functions including budgeting and cost management, cash flow management, financial reporting, fundraising and investor relations, treasury management, taxation, legal, and corporate governance. Responsibilities :

  1. Financial Strategy & Planning : Collaborate with MD and other key stakeholders to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and vision.
  2. Budgeting and Cost Management : Develop, implement, monitor, and analyze company budgets aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
  3. Cash Flow Management : Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  4. Accounts and Financial Reporting/Analysis : Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors, providing insights into the company’s financial performance.
  5. Fund Raising and Investor Relations : Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to plan the long-term/short-term funding required to enable the business. Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop fundraising strategies to support growth plans, including IPO readiness.
  6. Treasury & Taxation Management : Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory entities and legal matters including corporate, contractual, intellectual property, real estate, and litigation issues.
Requirements :
  1. Around 15 years of experience, out of which at least 5 years at a leadership position in FMCG/food and beverage setup.
  2. Proven experience as a CFO or a similar leadership role in a fast-paced entrepreneurial company with a turnover of at least AED 700 million to 1 billion.
  3. Demonstrated experience in successful fundraising activities, including IPO readiness (desired but not a must).
  4. Experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations (desired though not a must).
  5. CA with great financial and business acumen.
  6. MBA holders in core finance or accounting are also welcome to apply.
