Administrative Leadership: Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Staff Supervision: Oversee administrative staff, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
Scheduling: Coordinate staff schedules and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Office Supplies Management: Monitor inventory and procure necessary supplies and equipment.
Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance workflow.
Financial Oversight: Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for clinic needs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an office management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office management tools and software.
Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare operations and compliance is highly desirable.
