In order to help us achieve our ongoing global ambitions, we require an organised, collaborative, and energetic Finance Assistant to join our growing MENA Finance Team.The Role You'll Play
In line with the continued growth of our business, we are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant to be based in our Dubai office to support our MENA Finance Team. The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organised with strong multitasking abilities and collaborative. Across their work they will continually ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks. Key duties will include:- Accounts payable, including data entry, preparation of payment runs, supplier queries, collections insurances.
- Accounts receivable, including draft invoices, data entry and cash receipting.
- Credit card reconciliations.
- Processing expense claims.
- Cashbook management.
- Other ad-hoc Finance/Accounts related tasks as required.
The Skills You'll Bring
Having gained demonstrable knowledge and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience of accounts related duties within a fast-paced, complex environment, you are also familiar with providing a range of administrative support to a high standard, and on a pro-active basis. You possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills and are comfortable with the technical understanding and attention to detail it takes to work effectively in a Finance Assistant role. You are highly organised, take a proactive approach to your work and can work to tight deadlines – making use of your initiative, self-motivation and effective communication skills. A formal accounting qualification and significant experience of payable/receivables are desirable. #J-18808-LjbffrApply safely
