Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst (Semi-Government) - Sharjah Job Description: As a Senior Finance Analyst in a semi-government organization based in Sharjah, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various financial activities to ensure efficient and effective financial operations. You will be expected to utilize your extensive experience in finance and accounting to provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and trend analysis, to provide accurate and timely financial information for management decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and performance reports, to facilitate management reviews and provide insights on financial performance.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts, monitor budget utilization, and provide recommendations for cost optimization and resource allocation.
- Financial Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and evaluate financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks, and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's financial interests.
- Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls and financial procedures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and compliance with accounting standards and policies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including department heads, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities, to provide financial expertise, support, and guidance.
