Senior Product Designer - Join CNTXT in the UAE Are you ready to be part of a groundbreaking team in one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the UAE? CNTXT is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead the design and experience of our cutting-edge products. As our 2nd design hire , you'll have the opportunity to shape the creative direction of our offerings, craft customer-centric solutions, and set the foundation for a strong design culture in a company primed for blitzscaling . - Lead Product Design : Drive design initiatives across our entire product suite, ensuring an intuitive and delightful user experience.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with engineering, marketing, and product teams to develop seamless customer journeys and innovative design solutions.
- Set the Design Vision : Establish guidelines, frameworks, and processes to ensure design consistency and scalability.
- Craft Customer-Centric Experiences : Talk to customers, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to address real-world needs.
- Create High-Fidelity Deliverables : Design flows, prototypes, and visuals that elevate the product experience and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Contribute to Blitzscaling : Partner with leadership to support the rapid growth of CNTXT's product offerings in the UAE and globally.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing innovative, interactive designs.
- Passionate about creating customer-centric solutions that solve real-world problems.
- Strong skills in UI/UX design , interaction design, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks , design systems, and modern tools. Experience with React or Next.js is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset, capable of working in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- A passion for design excellence and solving complex UX/UI challenges.
- Ability to think through and simplify complex interactions for users.
- Strong communication skills to present ideas and prototypes effectively.
- A desire to be part of a scaling journey and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
