Senior Product Designer - Join CNTXT in the UAE Are you ready to be part of a groundbreaking team in one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the UAE? CNTXT is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead the design and experience of our cutting-edge products. As our 2nd design hire , you'll have the opportunity to shape the creative direction of our offerings, craft customer-centric solutions, and set the foundation for a strong design culture in a company primed for blitzscaling . Why is this role important As a Senior Product Designer at CNTXT, you will have a direct impact on how our products are experienced by customers across industries. Your work will influence growth, adoption, and retention , helping us unlock new opportunities in the UAE and beyond. Joining CNTXT at this stage means you'll have the freedom to design innovative solutions, define design systems, and establish best practices in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Lead Product Design : Drive design initiatives across our entire product suite, ensuring an intuitive and delightful user experience.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with engineering, marketing, and product teams to develop seamless customer journeys and innovative design solutions.
- Set the Design Vision : Establish guidelines, frameworks, and processes to ensure design consistency and scalability.
- Craft Customer-Centric Experiences : Talk to customers, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to address real-world needs.
- Create High-Fidelity Deliverables : Design flows, prototypes, and visuals that elevate the product experience and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Contribute to Blitzscaling : Partner with leadership to support the rapid growth of CNTXT's product offerings in the UAE and globally.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing innovative, interactive designs.
- Passionate about creating customer-centric solutions that solve real-world problems.
- Strong skills in UI/UX design , interaction design, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks , design systems, and modern tools. Experience with React or Next.js is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset, capable of working in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- A passion for design excellence and solving complex UX/UI challenges.
- Ability to think through and simplify complex interactions for users.
- Strong communication skills to present ideas and prototypes effectively.
- A desire to be part of a scaling journey and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth-oriented mindset, eager to build and lead best-in-class design initiatives .
