We are seeking candidates who value collaboration, creative solutions, and teamwork. Job Description: We are looking for a Business Developer to join our dynamic team at Lexzur, based in UAE , reporting to the BD Team Leader, and developing the business of the company in the local market. The Candidate will:

  1. Generate qualified leads outbound: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and partnerships in the local market.
  2. Initiate outbound communications, such as emails, calls, social media messages, and site visits if feasible, to engage with prospects and introduce them to Lexzur solutions.
  3. Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their pain points, needs, and objectives. Qualify leads based on their fit with Lexzur.
  4. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations of Lexzur, highlighting its features, benefits, and relevance to the prospect's business.
  5. Build and nurture relationships with leads, understanding their buying journey and maintaining regular contact to move them through the sales funnel.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and changes in the SaaS landscape to provide informed perspectives during conversations.
  7. Work on Sales Targets defined by the company on a regular basis. Meet & exceed the KPIs.
  8. Continuously develop your understanding of our Lexzur solution, its features, and its value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects.
  9. Handle all commercial and technical proposals, commercial quotes, and all documents required in the sales cycle.
  10. Handle pre-sales meetings with the pre-sales team and clients.
  11. Work on growth objectives in the local market.
  12. Report on a weekly and monthly basis to the team leader.
  13. Participate in setting the Business Development strategy in the local market.
  14. Engineer techniques to reduce the sales cycles and improve the conversion ratio.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  1. A minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development. A big plus for experience in Software sales or legal-tech sales.
  2. Driven by sales targets and business objectives.
  3. Self-driven with excellent sales skills who can implement innovative sales techniques from scratch.
  4. Relevant experience in Legal-Tech is a big plus.
  5. Excellent communication & leadership skills.
  6. Advanced presentation skills.
  7. Smart worker, agile with high flexibility to adapt to changes in quick iterations.
  8. Customer orientation with a teamwork attitude.
