Job Description: Due to the continuing success and growth of our team, this fantastic opportunity has opened up at our award-winning specialist consultancy, engineering and advisory firm. At AESG we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Principal Consultant - Energy to join our team (Project based role). The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of soft and technical skills to effectively engage with clients, manage projects, and deliver impactful energy solutions. You will play a crucial role in the development of energy management strategies, while also representing our company with professionalism and expertise. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement energy management strategies tailored to client needs.
Monitor and evaluate energy savings initiatives and report findings to stakeholders.
Create detailed energy models and perform Excel modeling to assess policies, programs, and projects.
Stay updated on renewable energy trends and technologies to advise clients effectively.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients through presentations and reports.
Foster strong client relationships through excellent communication and representational skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Good to have certifications: CEA, CMVP, CEM, CAP.
Strong understanding of renewable energy systems and technologies.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, research and quantitative/qualitative analysis with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

Experience:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in energy consultancy/engineering with Management Consultancy firms.
Experience with energy projects in the Middle East.
