This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of architectural projects ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient architectural solutions. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate the efforts of project teams including architects, designers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and task lists.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as necessary.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the project team.
  • Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or changes in project scope.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to review project goals, deliverables, and progress.
  • Ensure that architectural designs align with client needs, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve design documents including drawings, specifications, and permits.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and environmental standards.
  • Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during the project and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Develop, monitor, and control project budgets ensuring that costs are kept within approved limits.
  • Track expenses and prepare regular financial reports.
  • Ensure that all work complies with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage project teams ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and support their professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and Project Management.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management in an architectural or multidisciplinary design firm.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design processes, building codes, and construction techniques.
