  • Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that support the organization's business goals and workforce planning needs.
  • Manage aspects of the recruitment process , including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring quality and timeliness of hires.
  • Support relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other talent sources to help attract qualified and diverse candidates.
  • Contribute to enhancing the employer brand through social media engagement, career fair participation, and involvement in university recruitment initiatives.
  • Participate in the development and execution of the onboarding program for new hires, including assisting with training, cultural orientation, and role-specific introductions.
  • Work closely with HR and team leaders to ensure new hires receive the necessary support and mentorship during their initial period with the company.
  • Track and report on recruitment and onboarding performance metrics , such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and employee retention, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by ensuring fair and unbiased hiring practices are followed throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Provide assistance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation to maintain consistency in hiring decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, recruitment regulations, and organizational policies during hiring and onboarding activities.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition and onboarding team to ensure smooth operations and alignment with departmental objectives.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws, recruitment trends, and best practices to contribute to the effectiveness of the talent acquisition strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related major.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter.
