Full job description Joinery Experience Only We are looking for a purchasing officer to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. The purchase officer's responsibilities include maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, purchasing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Research potential vendors.
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 4 years’ UAE experience in Procurement Department.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Buying/Purchase: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
