Full job description Joinery Experience Only We are looking for a purchasing officer to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. The purchase officer's responsibilities include maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, purchasing, and maintaining accurate records. - Research potential vendors.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 4 years’ UAE experience in Procurement Department.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Experience: - Buying/Purchase: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification: - UAE Driving License (Preferred)
