The senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor and key partner providing support and guidance to the business sector by applying and improving the HR policies, procedures, HR initiatives, workforce strategies, and supporting key organizational changes while working closely with the business management and HR team. Key Accountabilities: Strategic Contribution:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and support HR strategies to meet business needs.
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on workforce analytics, organizational design, and development.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the recruitment of high-calibre talent aligned with business needs.
  • Lead HR-related change initiatives and communicate effectively with stakeholders during restructuring or realignment activities.
  • Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, employee turnover, and organizational health.
Leadership:
  • Support leaders in managing employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Lead initiatives that promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Guide management on performance issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Work with L&D teams to identify training needs and facilitate leadership development initiatives.
Operational:
  • Provide support in employee investigations and manage sensitive HR matters with confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to manage day-to-day recruitment processes.
  • Assist in facilitating development programs to ensure smooth implementation and follow-through.
  • Track and report on the execution of HR initiatives and programs.
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. CIPD or SHRM Certification is a plus. Minimum Experience: 4-6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or similar role. Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
  • Proficiency in data-driven HR analytics and reporting tools.
