Full job description To assist/ report to Head Operations/ Head Marine Assurance on day to day operations fo companys vessels under your control 24x7 Point of contact for all operations/ crewing requirement for vessels under your control Responsible for Planning/ recruiting/ monitoring crew not limited to as stated in Annex I Responsible for Operational activities of the vessel under his control not limited to as stated in Annex II Liaise with the other dept./clients/ ships/port agents (onshore and offshore) for movement of vessel and crew; Supervise & administer assistants & coordinator for effective functioning of the department; Supervise travel, visa and accommodation arrangements; Negotiate manning fees as per budget and prepare manning agreement. Ensure all are signed and coordinate if any authentications from Consulate/Embassies are required. Ensuring Dept KPI are maintained and improved form previous quarters Verify all crewing activity invoices prior forwarding to HOD Co-ordinate with agents/ clients for all vessel and crew requirements Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED5,500.00 per month Application Question(s):

Experience:
Marine Operation Field: 4 years (Required)
License/Certification:
UAE Driving License (Preferred)
