Our client is also in a joint venture in Qatar with some of the world's largest global contracting firms, therefore they are at the forefront of a number of large-scale developments in Qatar. They have recently been awarded as a Framework Contractor for multi-million dollar projects within the Rail & Metro sector. Alongside their international partners, our client will be developing underground, rail, and metro stations across Doha. As a result of being awarded such high-value and prestigious projects, several senior-level requirements have arisen for candidates experienced in the rail, underground, subway, and metro sectors. We are currently seeking to recruit a Commercial Manager. Based on site, you will be working with the Project Manager to deliver the project within time, budget, and specifications. You will manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and be responsible for managing the relationship with the client, consultant, and framework partners. You will also manage the in-house construction teams and external subcontractors, ensuring that the quantity surveying team effectively handles all cost reporting and budgeting.

As a Commercial Manager, you will have:

A HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering
10 years of experience
Experience working on Rail, Underground, Subway, or Metro Projects
Worked for a recognized main contractor or subcontractor
Current role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Administrator, or Project Quantity Surveyor
