We are seeking an experienced Project Planning and Reporting Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in project management for infrastructure engineering design projects and be fluent in both English and Arabic . This role is critical for ensuring efficient project planning, tracking, and reporting while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation, using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of Design activities with project timelines.
  • Identify potential risks, delays, and bottlenecks and propose mitigation strategies.
Project Monitoring and Progress Tracking:
  • Monitor project progress and performance against baseline plans and KPIs.
  • Regularly update project schedules and ensure accurate tracking of milestones and deliverables.
  • Provide detailed analyses of deviations from the project plan and recommend corrective actions.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and deliver detailed project status reports, dashboards, and presentations in English and Arabic .
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, deliverables, and correspondence.
  • Ensure reports are tailored to the needs of stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management.
Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure clear communication of project goals and progress.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to address planning and reporting requirements.
  • Translate complex technical and project-related information into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure all planning and reporting processes align with local regulations and international best practices.
  • Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet contractual requirements and organizational quality standards.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance project planning and reporting workflows.
  • Implement lessons learned from previous projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in project management and planning for infrastructure engineering design projects.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project .
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other visualization tools .
  • Knowledge of infrastructure engineering processes, including stormwater, water resources, and transportation projects, is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic , with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality reports and analyses.
  • Familiarity with project management standards (e.g., PMBOK) and Saudi Arabian regulations.
  • Experience in the Gulf region, particularly in Riyadh, is highly desirable.
Location: The position is based in Riyadh, with occasional travel to project sites as required. What We Offer:
