We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our team, specializing in the sale of high-quality coffee machines and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote coffee machines and solutions to corporate clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and offices.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s client base in the B2B sector.
  4. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to showcase the benefits of our coffee machines.
  5. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the coffee, hospitality, or FMCG industries.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  4. Knowledge of coffee machines and brewing technologies is a plus.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  7. Fluency in English and Arabic Languages.
