  1. Creating and executing the overall sales and business development plan for KSA.
  2. Hands-on management of the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, managing live accounts, and working closely with C-suites to close deals.
  3. Developing and managing strategic partnerships with PSPs, Acquirers, Banks, and other financial institutions.
  4. Support customer requests and explore new opportunities to add value to the position.
  5. Ensure excellent communication and internal coordination to roll out new services, taking into account market specificity (regulation, competition, etc.).
  6. Attend tradeshows, source leads, follow the sales process, and report back to the sales management team.
  7. Ensure all specific reporting is done within the required timeframe, including full use of the CRM tool with precision.
  8. Provide timely feedback to the line manager about performance, sales activity, account management, and strategy.
  9. Ensure account retention, contractual health, well-being, and maximum satisfaction of clients.
  10. Initiate and maintain a strong link between customers and back-office services to ease communication and facilitate the resolution of any issues.
  11. Identify trends by researching the industry, related events, and announcements.
  12. Effectively communicate the needs of your customers to the support team.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree.
  2. 3+ years of experience in business development in the Money Transfer or Mobile Financial Services Industry.
  3. Hands-on, driven B2B salesperson from the fintech/payments world.
  4. Results-oriented with great skills in communication, organization, and negotiation.
  5. Great networking skills.
  6. CRM proficiency; Salesforce CRM knowledge is a plus.
  7. Flexible, self-motivated, disciplined, takes ownership of the job at hand.
  8. Team-oriented, able to accept and create change.
  9. Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics, and requirements.
  10. Ensure effective working relationships with all relevant clients/partners, third parties, and internal colleagues.
  11. Strong sense of initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  12. Excellent attention to detail.
  13. Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
