Almabani is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer, HSE Specialist. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH International Diploma, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent HSE qualifications.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE roles, with significant experience in a senior or specialist capacity within the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of HSE regulations, industry standards, and best practices, particularly in high-risk environments.
  • Proven experience in managing complex HSE projects and programs, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all HSE aspects of assigned project, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  2. Prepare project HSE deliverables and ensure they meet client and Almabani-specific requirements, obtaining necessary approvals before project operations commence.
  3. Place orders for HSE resources, prepare requisitions, and ensure the availability of necessary equipment and materials.
  4. Mentor and support HSE team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  5. Conduct HSE meetings to discuss safety issues, review performance, and plan for continuous improvements.
  6. Provide expert advice and guidance on HSE matters, ensuring compliance with KSA and international regulations and industry standards.
  7. Lead the development and execution of HSE risk assessments and related documents.
  8. Oversee the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies and procedures, ensuring effectiveness and communication across the project.
  9. Conduct HSE audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Analyze safety performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  11. Lead HSE campaigns to promote safety awareness and ensure effective implementation of safety initiatives.
  12. Manage and coordinate HSE training programs, ensuring all employees and subcontractors are properly trained for their activity specific training.
  13. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HSE requirements into project planning and execution.
  14. Investigate and analyze incidents, providing recommendations and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  15. Ensure all HSE documentation, including reports, records, and certifications, is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
  16. Stay current with the latest developments in HSE regulations, technologies, and best practices, incorporating new methodologies into the HSE management system.
  17. Provide mentorship and support to HSE staff and contribute to the development of HSE policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • CANDIDATES NEED TO PROVIDE CVS WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS LIKE EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRADE TEST CERTIFICATE.
  • CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE 05 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE RESPECTIVE FIELD.
  • CANDIDATES SHOULD BE PHYSICALLY FIT & STRONG.
  • CANDIDATES WITH GCC / KSA PRIOR EXPERIENCE ARE HIGHLY PREFERRED.
  • CANDIDATES SALARY ABOVE 7000 SAR FOOD ALLOWANCE WILL BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE SALARY.
  • Age limits up to 21 to 40 Years.
  • Duty Hours: 09 Hrs. 1 day weekly off (OT If applicable)
