About the role:Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Technical Engineering team as a Senior Process Development Analyst to be based in Doha, Qatar on two years fixed contract.As a Senior Process Development Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying potential areas for process improvement, designing new processes, guiding process changes, and providing the required guidance for sustainable implementations in Technical.Specific responsibilities for the role include:Lead and control the project implementations across Technical ensuring projects are completed as per the organization project guidelines.Develop and maximize the use of the MRO systems and propose system enhancements in order to have the best system utilization.Measure process gaps, define process improvements, implement process changes, and control that the changes meet the defined business results.Develop and execute system and data-oriented approaches in order to support data-driven objective business decisions. Develop the required system metrics in order to have standard objective measurements.Develop process measurement and automated KPI reporting by maintaining data accuracy in the MRO system.QualificationsAbout youThe successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:Relevant College or University qualification to a minimum of Bachelor's level and a minimum of 3 years job-related experience.Experience in project management, certification highly desirable.Knowledge of Aviation MRO Information Systems.Knowledge of Aviation MRO operations.Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel), Power BI, and MS Project.
