Title - VP - Credit DocumentationLocation - GCCReporting line - Head of Credit AdministrationJob SummaryThe key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the procedures in obtaining, preparation and finalization of legal documentation and other supporting documents (in form and substance adhering to highest industry and market standards) which are essential for completing a facility application package for business units in HQ and International Branches and obtaining necessary approvals prior to execution of such documents in accordance with the bank's policies/procedures and pertinent regulatory requirements.Qualification & RequirementsBachelor's degree preferably with a Major in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.At least 12 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.Minimum 5 years in managerial position in loan documentation function.Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English and Arabic.Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.Superior knowledge and background of legal documentation preparation and review mainly Syndicated transactions and LMA documentation (applies of International).
