About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reporting Manager to join our Business Planning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and analyzing business performance reports, forecasts, and financial data, using advanced Excel skills and creating high-quality presentations for senior management. The role requires strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to present data-driven insights in a clear and compelling manner.

What You Will Do

  1. Prepare and manage regular business performance reports, including financial KPIs, market analysis, and operational metrics.
  2. Analyse data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  3. Develop custom reports to support business units with ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
  4. Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to align financial and business targets.
  5. Use historical data and market insights to create accurate financial forecasts and scenario analysis.
  6. Support business planning cycles by providing detailed forecasts and recommending strategic initiatives.
  7. Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) to analyze large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
  8. Create financial models, dashboards, and custom tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  9. Prepare visually compelling presentations for senior management, summarizing key insights and recommendations.
  10. Present complex data in a simplified, concise, and impactful manner, using charts, graphs, and storytelling techniques.
  11. Work closely with finance, operations, and strategy teams to ensure alignment on business goals and reporting requirements.
  12. Act as the point of contact for business planning-related reporting and analysis.

What You Will Need

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in reporting, financial analysis, or business planning, ideally in the telecom sector.

Skills:

  1. Strong experience with forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
  2. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create high-impact presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.
  3. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
