- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing several properties.
- Facilitate negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
- Handle leads and client requirements and targets wisely.
- Experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson is preferable.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai off-plan and secondary market.
